How to stay calm during the Coronavirus pandemic

Panic, fear, animosity, anxiety…

All of these emotions are creating an energy that feels very overwhelming and tumultuous, so how can you stay calm in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. I’m seeing a bunch of “energetic debris” that needs to be cleared so I wanted to bring you a meditation to help you stay grounded and calm. THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY RIGHT NOW IS TO STAY CALM AND PRACTICE RADICAL SELF CARE! 

COVID 19 is causing panic and fear!

Last night I went live in my facebook community, to help answer some questions about the Coronavirus, and give guidance that I’ve been hearing from my guides over the last few months. I realize now been covering this for MONTHS on patreon.

The messages that I’ve been getting have been preparing us all along. 

We are always supported by the Divine, our Guides and Angels are all around us, and never leave us. You may want to also read this blog post I did a few months ago entitled Standing Firm

There is a difference between being concerned and panicked. The coronavirus is a real virus and of course we should be aware of it, and practicing good health and hygiene:

  • Wash your hands
  • Stay in as much as you can
  • Get plenty of rest
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Eat healthy foods that boost your immune system
  • Practice prayer and meditation
  • Support your nervous system

Play with your kids, watch a funny movie, dance and play music, do your best to keep yourself out of the panic and fear and anxiety.  There is no place right now for casting blame or feeling like a victim.  Keep in mind that we are moving into a whole new way of being on this planet. Astrology has been showing us that times are changing.  I have been getting messages for months that “our foundations will fall down in order to be rebuilt on a stronger foundation that will support us in the future.”

This virus will show us where we need to re-evaluate the health system not only in the US but around the world.

The more you can focus on love, compassion, peace, happiness, etc. the better we will all get through this pandemic.
